MTH office and customer data is locked and secured to the reasonable extent required, with access being limited to key individuals.

All passwords are unique to each software program that handles sensitive data.

Payments

MTH’s card processing system for credit cards is cardpointe.com and PayPal. As MTH accepts cash, check, money order, and wire transfers, all records of such transactions are also secured. CarePointe.com and PayPal store and process all credit card information. MTH does not store customer credit card information on their premises nor devices.

Bookkeeping

MTH bookkeeping data is kept within an online, secure account. Data is kept until the customer asks to it removed from MTH our system.
